Environment Monitoring

Our shop floor, material freezer, and clean room are all electronically monitored 24 hours a day. Our IT staff has developed a web-based real-time logging and reporting system that ensures production is conducted under appropriate conditions. Text/email alerts are delivered directly to our quality staff if environment condition limits are breached.

This automated web system also allows customers to easily obtain live/historical reports and graphs on pertinent environmental information (temperature, humidity, particle counts).
